We believe a good website should be usable by everyone — whether you navigate by mouse, keyboard, touch, screen reader or voice. This statement explains how we approach accessibility on this site and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.
1. Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA. That includes things like:
- Sufficient colour contrast for body text and interface elements
- Keyboard navigation through every interactive element
- Visible focus indicators on links, buttons and form fields
- Descriptive page titles and meaningful headings
- Alt text on meaningful images
- Semantic HTML so screen readers can make sense of the page
2. Motion and animation
The site uses animations to convey rhythm and depth. We respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting in your operating system: if it's on, animations are disabled or significantly reduced. You can toggle it in your OS:
- macOS — System Settings → Accessibility → Display → Reduce motion
- iOS — Settings → Accessibility → Motion → Reduce Motion
- Windows — Settings → Accessibility → Visual effects → Animation effects
- Android — Settings → Accessibility → Remove animations
3. Custom cursor
On pointer-capable devices, the site displays a custom cursor. It is purely decorative; all interactive elements remain reachable by keyboard. On touch devices and where the OS reports a coarse pointer, the custom cursor is disabled automatically.
4. Known limitations
We're honest about what isn't there yet:
- Some third-party embeds (e.g. the map on the contact page) inherit the accessibility of the host service and may fall short of WCAG AA in places.
- The site is currently English-only; an Arabic right-to-left layer is on the roadmap.
- Decorative imagery uses concise alt text by design; if you find a meaningful image without alt text, please tell us.
5. Tell us when it doesn't work
If you run into an accessibility issue on this site, please contact us — we treat these as bugs, not nice-to-haves:
- Email: info@fuze-int.com
- Phone: +2 (02) 2418 3916
- Post: 24A El-Iskander El-Akbar St., El Korba, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
When reporting an issue, it helps if you can include the page URL, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the device and assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 working days.
6. Ongoing work
Accessibility isn't a one-time audit. We re-test the site as we add features and welcome any prompts to do better.
This document is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and updated as the site evolves.
